Not just your average fish shop, the team is led by Matt Germanchis who has used his 25+ years in the restaurant industry to create the perfect fish and chips, right down to (arguably) the best potato cake in Victoria. Working closely with local fisherman and suppliers Matt also curates and prepares the fresh seafood selection on site to bring the fish market to you.
